Mine is the same as Cindy's, but I put pats of butter on top instead of melting it. Ohh...so good.
I am trying to find the recipe for a cake. The ingredients that I can remember are cherry pie filling, crushed pineapples and yellow cake mix goes on top and makes a crumble type crust. Anyone familiar with this? If so, am I leaving out anything? It seems like there was one more thing? Thanks for the help moms!!
Thank you- Thank you! I will be making it this week!!

If you want a crumb type topping to the previous recipe without the coconut, mix butter, brown sugar and flour together until it breaks up into a crumb consistency and sprinkle it over the cake or in the bottom of the baking pan if you are trying to do an upside down cake.
about 2 tbs of butter to 1/3 c flour and 1/3c of brown sugar. add more flour to make dryer or less sweet.
