Looking for a Babtist Church in the Long Beach Area

My family goes to a wonderful baptist church in Long Beach. It is called First Baptist Church of Long Beach and is located on the corner of 10th Street and Pine in downtown Long Beach. The address is 1000 Pine. Wonderful pastor, sound doctrine teaching and many wonderful families. I have 3 daughters and they go to Sunday School classes and Wednesday night Bible Clubs. Church is our home away from home and I am sure you would just love it.

We live in Bellflower and the church is about a 15-20 minute.

There is a great baptist church in Huntington Beach with many of it's members from Long Beach. It has a wonderful children's program. I love it there. The name of the church is ShoreLife Church (www.shorelife.org) and the address is, 5772 McFadden Ave. HB 92649

Hi! I don't know of any churches in Long Beach, however, I am a member of Crenshaw Christian Center in Los Angeles and I love it. The church offers a wonderful Sunday School for the children, which my kids are apart of, and they Love it. My 4 yr old daughter tells me everything they've learned, and my husband and I get to recieve the Word of God without the hassles of the kids. There are many ministries inside the church that you and your husband can be apart of. I invite you and your family to come and visit us. If you want my family and I will meet you there. The church is big, but it can be as small as you make it!! God Bless!!

I have heard good things about Christ Second Baptist Church and I went there once for a funeral and it seemed like a good church you can look up the address on the internet I think it's on Martin Luther King Ave. I live in Long beach and my husband and I attend Bethany Church of God in Christ on Budlong Ave. in Los Angeles and we are very involved in our church. I think you're doing the right thing by seeking a church to raise your family in because having a relationship with Christ is extremely important especially for your young children.
