Looking for a 30-Min Strenuous Workout Video

Can anyone recommend a really good workout video that last about 30 minutes? The only way I could shed weight in the past was by running & since I have become a mom, it doesn't seem to be working anymore. I eat healthy & I think I just need another form of strenous exercise to shed the extra 10-20 lbs I have been carrying. I don't have much more than 30-40 minutes per day to devote to exercise, so I'm looking for something I can do in about 30 minutes in the morning.

I don't know if you are familiar with Chris Freytag but she has some great workout videos that I like to use, a 30 minute one especially. You can access through her website chrisfreytag.com or through the Prevention Magazine site. She teaches classes at the Lifetime in Plymouth and is featured on Kare 11 often.

I go to a 'Turbo-Kick' class at the Y and I love it! There are videos called 'Turbo Jam' that the class is based on, I borrowed one from a friend for awhile and it was great.

We recently got the 30 day shred with Jillian from the Biggest Loser. It has 3 20-minute workouts that progress in intensity. It really seems to be working. My 13yo daughter does it too. We bought it at walmart.

I would recommend Walk Away the Pounds interval training. It seems like it would be a lame workout but it's really good! I was pleasantly surprised.
Otherwise I would do a good pilates workout. Go to www.collagevideo.com they have hundreds of videos. They are rated and you can view a clip of each video online.

My favorite two workouts to do at home are The Tracy Anderson Method (my favorite) and the Total Body Sculpt With Gilad on FitTV which I DVR.

Tracy Anderson is the personal trainer to Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna and has great high-energy routines that work muscles to tone and strengthen them, but without bulk. The Total Body Sculpt With Gilad is another great 30 minute session with Gilad (who I also find likable) and it's less strenuous, but great on days I don't have a lot of time. It's on FitTV for free, or you can purchase his DVDs.
