S. here, does anyone out there know of any family's/individuals who are for any reason relocating and has a home particularly in Grand Prairie in Mansfield ISD, or Desoto, Duncanville and Cedar Hill area? We currently live in a condo and it's way way too small. We want to lease for one year and then buy the property. If you know of any, please let me know. Oh specs: 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 car garage and two story with min 10ft. ceilings. As far as rent goes, I would like to speak with owner.

i am single mom -realtor-it's tough so i have been doing all lease to own and lease purchases- I hate calling myself agent since they are so lazy and most agents discourage leases because they do not get paid. I have done more lease to own than sells so if you want a list--also ppl going under would like ppl to scoop up their mortgage

S. - my grandparents were moved into a nursing home recently and their home in Duncanville has been for sale since they moved. They lived there for 20+ years. I know they won't be willing to lease it (they can't manage that), but it's a great house and fits almost all of your criteria (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, one story, 10 ft ceilings). It's in Duncanville, but right down the street from the Cedar Hill border. I also know that they have dropped their price significantly because they really need to sell it. Let me know if you want more info and I can get you the number to their realtor.
