Launching a New Business

I am launching a new business (eCommerce based, selling a new baby accessory) while still working full time and being a mom to my 15-month old son. I was wondering if any of you moms out there had any tips on mom-blogs, content sites, business listings or other ways to spread the word about my new product. My marketing budget is very modest at this time. I also was wondering if anyone had any tips for trying to balance this very full plate. I am enjoying every second but don't sleep nearly as much as I should.

What can I do next?

Good for you! We need more mompreneurs out there! I'm a WAHM! Between the business my husband and I do together, my own business (I sell MK), our real estate investing, and raising our 2 boys, is there really any room for sleep?! What a luxury!
Here are two cheap/easy ways to start spreading the word! Change your home and cell phone outgoing message to say, 'check out my new website'! Add a signature to your e-mail with a link to your website.
Depending on your budget, get some business cards made up, and ask some local businesses if you could leave some there. I notice a lot of nail salons allow this.
Read up on PR and write your own marketing blurbs and send them to the local paper and local magazines. They just might feature your company!
As far as blogs...I've heard of blogher.com was good.

Good luck with your business venture. Please share with us your website!

Two words for you: Public Relations.

Don't advertise, just do a LOT of PR for your business - word of your product will spread virally that way, take it from me, this is what I do, and it really works.
