The attorneys at my law firm recommend Steve Thornberry or Martin Meyers. They are employment lawyers.

I designed a kitchen a few years back for a very good labor lawyer. I think it is his cell but you can research him at ###-###-####. Brad Pearson. I think his office is in Overland Park

This sounds EXACTLY like my roommate. I even looked to see if it WAS her, LOL. I would try Blaine Elliott in Belton? MO. He might have some answers. Good luck and God Bless :)

Hi T.. How big is your company? I believe that if it's under a certain size that they are within their right. For your sake I hope that is not the case. Good luck

Your employer is probably ignorant of Family Leave law. Research this subject get a brochure from the KS jobs office. I know you’re upset but don’t rush to sick the big dogs on them. If you’ve been a good employee you’ll want a good reference when you go elsewhere. If you want to go back after your absence you’ll want a positive work environment when you to return. This isn’t an economy for burning bridges.

To second that, the number of employees has to be over 50 and there has to be someone of an equal skill set available to cover for you in your absence. Hopefully that's the case for you, but I didn't want you to waste money if not! Good luck!
