I love my Cutco knives!! I won't use any others now, except for steak knives. I still need to get those.
I was curious to find out what kind of knives you ladies use in your kitchen? I have been using Cutco knives for the past 10 years now, and i absolutely love them! I just sent them in a few months ago to the company to have them resharpened (they do that for free, foever.....cool, huh?).
so what kind of knives do you use? any other cutco owners out there????

I have had my Henkels knives for abput 4 years and I like them. I take really good care of them and hand wasgh them to make them last longer. They come in all price ranges. They have sets at Target staeting at $50.00 and I've also seen some at Costco for about $250.00.
I used to sell cutco so I use my demonstration kit still. My sister busted my super shears on a matress spring so even though they cut through a penny and many other things matress springs are too much for them. I need to send them in to be replaced. But I've had my cutco set for almost 10 years and they are still sharp. :) Love them! If I ever get the oportunity I'm going to get a set of steak knives.
I have never had the opportunity to use Cutco although I have heard many wonderful things about them.
I personally love my Tupperware knives. They are absolutly wonderful. Hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
After doing about a year of research (this was 15 years ago) I bought my first Zwilling J A Henckels Twin Pro S knife. Over the years I have researched different manufacturers on the web and in my opinion Henckels still comes out on top. There is an interesting website called cutcocomplaints.blogspot that I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a Cutco knife read and research before they make a purchase. Good knives are expensive - and if you're going to be spending that kind of money, I think you should really spend the time checking into the company and the product.
I love my tupperware knives! I have the whole set. They are the best!
I just thought it was interesting that your son's name is Josiah, that is also my son's name I named him in January of 06. Ive known a lot of people who like that name, now I hear it more often. Just a thought.

My husband and I got a set of Cutco for our wedding and LOVE THEM! The only bad part is that they are very sharp, so clumsy me continues to cut herself with them . . . but they work wonderfully.
Since they were a gift, can we still get them sharpened by the company?
Take Care,
F.

Hello,
I use Cutco knives also, aren't they the BEST!!! I got them as a present a long time ago. Where do you send yours in to get sharpened? I lost my super shears (actually my fiance did) from Cutco and they were the best, I could literally cut anything with them, I was so bummed. Do you know where I can find them? Any info would be totally appreciated.
Thanks,
M.
I used to sell cutco. I'm glad you're satisfied! I have a few (that I love) but other than that I use the cheapo ones.
My son just started selling the cutco knives and I purchased a set recently but have not received yet. I have heard nothing but great things about cutco.
I use Global Knives. They are a higher end type of gourmet kitchen knife. Ive had them for about 6 yrs & for the 1st time, just had them sharpened. They are japanese made, with non slip guard, very light & superior cut. You can find them at william sonoma or bed bath & beyond or online.
I also use Cutco. I had a friend who sold them and then later on my cousin sold them. She got my aunt to buy me the huge set as a wedding gift. I've had the set since 2004 and LOVE LOVE LOVE them. we also have the forks and spoons and some serving pieces like the slotted spoon, etc.
Yes, we use cutco also. I love those knives! My husband used to work for cutco, so we got an entire set. ^.^
