check out kidspark hourly childcare in the Arlington Highlands. It's for kids aged 2-12 and they're open on friday and saturday night until midnight! there is a $39.95 registration fee but you can bring them there up to 15 times a month and it's $7.50 an hr.
I am in Arlington and do in-home childcare. I watch 2 girls who are two, and I have a two year old daughter as well. I can help you out if you would like.
