I know Addison does a big fireworks show on the 3rd but I am wondering if there are any family friendly spots to watch the show. I uses to work at a family freindly resturant on Beltline but the night of Kaboom Town was defintially NOT family friendly but the Addison website say that familys are welcome. Any advise on a good place to be would be great. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Addison is great, and good luck if you decide to go there. If you are interested, on the 4th. Our church does a HUGE celebration each year for the 4th. We always have and this year will be like none other! Its open to anyone and everyone reguardless of anything!!! We'll have the entire sancuary (also our event hall) open to 3 and under for games and things just for them to do. Well supervised and rumor has it a bounce house just for them... There will be some food and tons of other stuff to do as well, and then the Lewisville fireworks in the evening. Its always been great, and our location is PERFECT for a good view. If you plan to come you'll want to come early so you can get a good spot. This area PACKS out for the fireworks, but with all the fun stuff too, it makes it well worth it! We're located directly behind the Vista Ridge Mall. (litterally right outside Dillards parking lot towards MacArthur)

Let me know if you'd like to come so I can watch out for you. If you ask around for T., Julia's mom they ought to be able to help you find me. :o) I plan and hope to be there all day but we never know how long my daughter will last...

Good luck!
T.

Frisco has "the best" show, and it is right at your doorstep at
Dr. Pepper park. Extremely kid friendly as well.

We have been the last 2 years. We have always gone on Montfort south of Belt Line. On the west side of the road is Anne Frank Elementary. The past few years there hasn't been many people there at all and it is a great place to watch the fireworks, all the cars have been families. I would highly recommend that place.

I used to work at the Summerfield Suites in Addison off of Edwin Lewis and Addison rd/Arapaho which is near the train station.
We used to sit in the parking lot and it was great.

Not too many people.
