Jff: Soap

Gel while I am at home. Bar soap when I travel. Too much trouble to take a pouf and gel, especially if I'm flying.

Shower gel
Or soap.
We have both.

LOL - depends how much time I have! Shower Gel usually, but if I am really in a hurry, a quick suds up with my hubby's bar soap :-)

Ivory bar soap. I'd love to use a fancy scented gel, but we all have sensitive skin around here. :(

shower gel ... except for Friday. Then I used hubby's bar soap (Irish Spring) since I had a mammogram and they tell ya don't wear perfumes, lotions or powders of any kind.

Bar soaps from Trader Joe's---no parabens, etc...

My own handmade soap, made from scratch using lye. I can color or scent it whatever I want, and add whatever fancy oils/butters I want to. Check out http://www.millersoap.com/ if you want to try making your own. Otherwise, I like Dove bar soap.

I use baking soda on my body instead of soap or gels.

Gel, soap, shampoo, salt&oil. Whatever I happen to feel like.

Neither - Cream from Lush ... Dream Cream or Turkish Delight to be exact.

I can't stand bar soap. I feel like I have a layer of film on me. I use body soap with an exfoliating glove.

My favorite body soap/gel is Nivea. I like Olay too. I used to buy NuSkin all the time...it's expensive. I would like to go back to using it!
