Jff: How Often

I keep a scrubbing brush and cleaner in the shower, and do a quick scrub right before I get out a few times a week. Saves me from really hard scrubbing. Same with the toilet, I do a quick swish and scrub 3-4 times a week.

toilet - once i see the dirt ring at the water level (once every month/3weeks)

Shower - same - when I see the soap rings outline of the shampoo bottle

The sink - once a week

I clean my tub right before I run fresh water in it. It's never filthy, though.

I do not clean toilets, so I guess they get cleaned when my husband and stepson get around to it. I never have any complaints.

The tub is mine. The shower is my husband's, so I don't pay attention to how often he cleans it.

are you supposed to clean the shower...? I mean you're cleaning yourself in there, soap and water splashing around, more soap, more water.. sounds like it's getting cleaned ;)

Not as often as I should. I aim for once a week, but sometimes it turns into every 2 weeks. And always right before company comes no matter the last time it was done!!!

So happy this isn't another sex question. J/K.

Every two weeks or more often if something just looks too filthy to ignore. One bathroom for family of three who are all out of the house during the day M-F and at least one weekend per month. (I often clean sink and toilet while 3.5 year old is in the tub and I got sick of getting comet on my clothes so I almost always strip down to my rubber gloves and clean the tub and shower before/during my shower.)

All bathrooms weekly. I will wipe the boys' toilet down with cleaning wipes every couple days.

The tub/ shower usually e/o week.

The bathroom sink every day. That gets really gross by the end of the day.

Once a week. There are 2 bathrooms (1 full and 1 half) that gets used daily by 2 adults. The children are young, so they only use the tub.

the toilets weekly (the main bathroom which is most often used by my 2 little boys often gets at least wiped down every couple of days), the master shower every week or so, the shower/tub upstairs about once a month b/c it rarely gets used.

My son cleans the rim/outside of the bowl every night as part of his chores. Similarly, he used to clean inside the bowl once a week, but w 50 50 custody, he now does it every other week.

It's the ticket to NOT ride (aka stand).

This has been his job since he was 3. So going on 7 years now. He was supposed to alternate w Dad. But Dad never did. Dad never even cleaned the toilet after being sick in it. (All me XP).

I scrub the shower once a week in winter after I bathe the dog. In summer (when doggo is bathed outside) I aim for every week but often end up skipping a week.

Toilet is weekly or so. Bath more often, i love hot baths. I have to scrub it before i pour everytime. I would say twice a week, more in the winter.

The aim of the males in this house make it necessary to clean it frequently. If it's a bad day - they have to wipe it down several times. Prior to boys that were potty trained...we could get away with cleaning it about once a week :). Shower and tub...again...it depends...the almost 2 year old went through a phase where sitting in the tub relaxed his little bowels...a little too much. I tried bathing him at different times of the day...but we had a while where every other day I was REALLY cleaning that thing! Now it gets a good cleaning about once a month...or more if it needs it.

I clean the toilets once weekly but I have to admit the showers and tubs only get cleaned about once a month because I use the Tilex after shower/bath spray.

I clean the toilet weekly and shower/tub probably every 1.5 months.

Every Saturday unless it gets incredibly gross for some other reason.
My Saturday routine is to finish up any laundry I didnt get to do on Friday, and I totally clean the bathroom, mop it, clean the mirrors and put down fresh bathroom rugs.
I cant stand dirty bathrooms that have that uriney aroma to them, I have an aversion to seeing pubic hairs on the toilet or in the tub or on the bar of soap. I can't stand dry pee stains on the rim of the toilet, that gets wiped down more than once during the week since hub is a dripper :(

Shower/tub: weekly
Toilet: several spray & wipes per week and a full cleaning weekly/10 days.

Once a week for both.

I am a freak about the toilet and shower....I clean mine once a day or once every other day. Again, I am a freak who works at home so I have time to do such silly things.

ideally once a week. i have 3 bathrooms.
and i'm not always an ideal hausfrau.
