Does anyone know of a place where i can bring my pictures and have them make a acrapbook for me? Id love to do it myself but im so short on time. Im not sure if there is any place out there that does this.

Well you can make photo books online of course-- clarkphoto.com is always a good resource. But if you want a scrapbook-scrapbook with materials, captions, etc. then you want probably an individual who'd do it... I'd do it for you and the level of coolness/detail you want would determine the fee. But you could probably get a talented artist in high school to do it for you for cheap. Why don't you contact your local high school's art dept. and ask if anyone would like to make a small sum designing your scrap book?
I've never done it, but I bet that www.etsy.com has someone who will do custom scrapbooking. Just go to Etsy and search scrapbooking, or custom scrapbooking and someone's store should pop up.
I've met a few Creative Memories consultants who will do it for a fee, but I don't know any basics.
