Call OB/GYN and schedule the appointment right away! Normal or not - there is just one way to find out. Good luck.
Hi everyone, I have a dilema I have an eight month old and i was getting my period quite regular for the first four months and than last month i didnt get my period at all. I took like three pregnancy tests and they all came out negative. Then this month I thought i would get it and i didnt. I know prior to when i was pregnant my period was very irregular, but now i am nervous. Some people have told me that this sometimes happes due to hormones and stress but I am nervous due to i am just not ready to have another baby yet.
HI everyone, I just wanted to thank everyone for there feedback. I went to the gyno this week and i am not pregnant, which is such a relief due to i am not ready yet. The doctor says im probablly just not ovulating so he put me on birthcontrol to start my period. So all is well for right now.

My periods were always irregular and even while on the pill they were always much shorter than the norm (no complaints here). After my kids were born it was still very irregular almost to the point that it didn't exist. I went to the doctor and said that the uterine lining was very thin and the cells that were there to "shed" was minimal. Therefore a very minimal period. He said that as long as I got something even the littlest amount of staining it was ok. Again, I'm on the pill so bear that in mind. I would imagine it is more hormonal than anything else. If you're concerned a phone to your ob/gyn will do the trick. Good luck!
Call your OB/GYN and schedule and appointment. Don't be complacent and make any assumptions. Ask an expert.

My son will be eight months on the first and the same thing is happening to my body. I can't tell you if its normal but you are definetly not alone in this.
I am too scared to take a pregnancy test (lol) so you are braver than I am. My period in march was normal but in April it was barely spotting, so far nothing in May. Either I am preggers again or starting menopause ( I just turned 39) lol. Keep me posted if others tell you its common.

You should get a blood test in the doctors to be 100% sure. I was testing negative with my second one but the blood test proved me wrong. But it can also be hormones but better to be checked by a doctor.
