Do you mean "entertained"?
And who is 'she'? How old..... ect ect ect
Need a lot more information.
How can I keep her entertained and burn off energy inside? My daughter is 2, she loves water and to be outdoors.
Thank you for all the ideas! My daughter is two and she loves to be outdoors and as she says "GO BYE-BYE." The only problem is it's so hot during the day that's why i needed ideas. I just feel bad sometimes that she is inside during the day, but as soon as the sun goes down we walk to the park and I let her play for awhile. She likes to play with the water outside I think it's just me feeling bad cause I'm not that creative. I want to make sure she is having fun. I probably worry to much. Again thanks for the ideas I will be using them! =)

I assume you are talking about your daughter.
How old is she? What does she like to do?
Need more info to provide advice!
It also helps to think back on what YOU liked to do at that age. I have found that, for the most part, my kids aren't much different than me :)
It would help to have more info on your child's age. You can make a scavenger hunt or a fort/tent, for example. Burn off energy? Have her help you with chores? Fetching things for you?
Did you mean inside activities at home or outside the home? We have the YMCA with a pool, gym, climbing wall and play structure, bowling, indoor mini-golf, children's museum or rollerskating. If my kids have energy to burn I send them outside or take them somewhere. Otherwise they are entertained at home with toys, books, movies or video games.

Dance to music. Have some action toys for her to play with. Encourage her creativity with things like Legos (Duplos, if she's too young for the tiny Legos). Give her plenty of material to draw and create with. Be there with her if she's too young to use those items by herself.
Let her help you with small tasks such as folding the socks in the laundry, put the napkins on the table (or the utensils, drinking cups, etc). Have her pick up small bits of trash from the floors... and please don't say you don't have any... I know my floors have at least a dozen things the children can pick up about two minutes after I've vacuumed! Just start looking around you and use your imagination. I'm sure you'll find plenty to help her entertain herself.
Finally, don't feel too responsible for her entertainment. Once you've provided the materials, let her experiment on her own and she'll probably do just fine!
