We have always used Dr. Gerald McGown. he is located on Highway 6 in Misori City, across the street from where the hospital used to be. We absolutely love him and he is a very good man. His number is ###-###-####. Good Luck.

I don't know what area of town you live in, but I know of a GREAT dentist in Richmond, TX. His name is Dr. Neil Brown and he is soooooo awesome! His staff is super gentle, sweet, caring, and you feel like they really care about YOU and not just your mouth or your wallet. I took my 2 kids (8 and 5) a few months ago and they LOVED it! They got to take their picture and pictures (different from x-rays) of their teeth and look at them on the TV in front of them. They loved that! I ended up having quite a bit of work done by them last month as well and it all went great! They have a payment plan and financing. Just call them. GOOD LUCK!!!

I don't know if the Southwest Freeway is too far for you to go but I worked with Dr. James Granberry DDS for 10years as his assistant. I'm on maternity leave now. He is amazing! Very down to earth very reasonable with cost does work out payment plans & mostly GREAT with children. He has two young ones of his own. I live out in Manvel/Pearland & I definatly feel he is worth the drive.

I work for a pediatric dentist. W. have a network book that tell us dentists that practice the way our Dentist does...Tell-Show-Do Technique. Care Credit is also a helpful resource. You can apply on line at www.carecredit.com. They even offer 0% interest plan if the total is over $300. Where do you live? I can look for a good dentist.

I take my son to Castle Dental. They have payment plans and finacing available if needed. I have no dental insurance on him and Castle Dental has been really good about setting up payments that i can afford.

One option would be the university dental school which charges I understand, 50 bucks. Drawback is you have to queue up in the morning and hope you get in, but the clinic is fully supervised, the treatments are done by the student dentists - you have to start somewhere! My yoga teacher recommended it, don't know what it would be like for kids, but it is an option.
Good luck,
D.

Hi!

There's a credit card for only medical purposes called Credit Care. You can get up to 12 months with 0% interest (depending on the dentist you use).
