I was hoping someone could tell me who I could contact regarding in home childcare. I live in McKinney and have twin infants. I am very concerned about RSV and making sure wherever they go that the home is clean, sanitized, and safe. Does anyone know who I could contact in the McKinney area?

What can I do next?

I have a dear friend who has home childcare in Mckinney for the past 7 years. She was going to watch my infant but the father and I just changed shifts to be on opposite shifts. She keeps her home immaculate and she cares for the babies like they were her own. Her business is called Tracey's Tots and her number is ###-###-####. I strongly recommend her for child care.

Hi K.,
I have an inhome daycare in McKinney but am currently full. If you want to check out my website, I have a list of people in the area that you can call who may be able to help you. It's www.kidsinbloom.blogspot.com There is also a McKinney association that has a website that lists some of the in home daycares in the area, their hours, rates, times, openings etc. I'm not sure what the website is but a couple people on my list are a part of it and can give it to you. I didn't end up joining the group but listed a couple of the people that I felt I could leave my own kiddos with. Just make sure to get references from the caregivers of children they have watched in the past. If its a loving provider they will become a part of your family and a friend for years to come. Good Luck and Congratulations!!!

K.,

This website helped me tremendously when I was searching for a daycare for my baby. This tells you all the day cares in your area and gives their rankings when they are visited by the state. If they have been written up it tells you what for.
