I don't know of a specific in-home provider, but I do know that the city of Parker has a referral service of licensed providers. HOpe this helps,

What area do you live in? If we are near each other, perhaps we can share a care giver, or at least let the other one know if we find someone available. I called 13 people last night and they are all full and can't take more children. Thanks,
