Baby pools, sprinklers, and popsicles! And not TOO much time out in it.
Enjoy it!

not sure how old they are, but you can play inside the mall play area.

Sprinkler! Rent one of those inflatable water slides.
Or take them to the flight museum - they have a great kids area to run around; Spray grounds - Town North Y, Lake Highlands and Addison all have them. The Dallas World Aquarium is great on a hot day - we got a family pass and spent nearly an entire summer there a few years ago!

in arlington, mansfield, grand prairie we have splash parks. i'm sure you must have them too. some are free. some ocst $1 or $2. They have rubber floors and lots of water sprays, even water slides into a shallow pool. Look on your cities parks and recreation department website.

Outside you can run the sprinklers or if you have a baby pool to wade in. Squirt bottles work well also for the outside. Inside we do lots of arts and crafts projects. Check out Family Fun online or Family Fun magazine for ideas.
