hi.. i'm C.
i really need to lose some weight by december 22nd ! or at least look slim and great ! i'm throwing a surprise party for my boyfriend's 21st birthday and alot of our old friends are coming and i know im young to be a mom but it doesnt matter to me . so that why i wanna loose some weight so people can be like WOW !!! look at her she just had a baby and she looks great ! i weigh 136 right now and im 5'1 . and plus i need to look good for myself i dont feel pretty . and im BREASTFEEDING !!! so i cant take any pills or anything ! 'if anyone has advice please let me know !!! a.s.a.p

hi! my name is C., too! i live in riversdide...... to lose weight is to work out HARD and eat healthy food. i lost several pounds by eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and sometimes snack or dessert. i dont eat anything after 7 pm. i work on my treadmill 5 days a week for 30 min (something i havent done lately!) i am 4 foot 10 and my heaviest was 115 after 2 pregnancies, now i am at 103 and would like to go down to 100 even.

i cut down on sodas and drink a lot of water which helps fill up my stomach.

thats about the best advice i could give you! :)

I used the Weight Watchers program and it worked great for me! They have a system in place for nursing mothers. It's very do-able. I also believe that God gave me the strength to keep at it.

Hi C.,

I bet if you changed your eating habits a bit you'll be able to lose weight by the 22nd. The only problem is that you're breastfeeding. You need the extra calories for nursing. I don't think it's healthy for you to lose weight, but if you must why not eat Lean Cuisine meals? What about Slim Fast in substitution for your other meals? Drink more water too. I know for a fact that going on the Atkins or South Beach Diet will shed those pounds. Be sure to speak to a Dr. or nurse to find out if it's safe for you to lose weight since you're breastfeeding. I don't know how much it will help you lose by the 22nd, but something I know to be helpful for my biggest struggle (portion size/control and calorie intake) is to drink an 8 - 16 oz glass or bottle of water each time I feel hungry. Often times our bodies make us "think" we're hungry when we're really dehydrated. By drinking the water before I eat or snack it helps me to stay hydrated, helps with my milk supply, and fills my tummy a bit so I don't eat more than I need. I end up eating smaller, more appropriate portions. Some people think drinking water will cause you to weigh more, but it actually helps to flush out your system and help you get throguh any exercise routine you may start to help lose weight.
