Welcome to mamapedia!

If the hospital has done blood tests - yes, they are 100% accurate. You either have the HgH there or you don't.

Back pain? Kidneys. Especially lower back pain.
Do you drink a lot of soda?

Your stomach moving? Could actually be the food digesting in your stomach and passing through your digestive track to the intestines.

A fatty mass on a hernia? It's a fat build up on the muscle or organ (intestine) that is protruding in abnormal place...

Heart racing is anxiety.

Get to your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and get a full check up done - hormones, etc. If you are trying to get pregnant you could be convincing yourself you are pregnant and having psychosomatic symptoms.

I don't know how old you are, if you are married, how many kids you have or don't have...so that's all I can give you...

Did you ask your doctor what a "fatty mass" means? If you didn't, call your doctor's office and ask them if they can explain that to you. Ask them to explain if this fatty mass could be causing your symptoms.

What kind of doctor are you going to? Just an Ob/Gyn? Make sure you see your primary care doctor, that is, family medicine or internal medicine. They would know more about what else it could be, if not pregnancy.

Fatty Masses are a way for a doctor to say, you have some sort of Limpoma that could be encapsulating something else or not. Bodies have a way to section off foreign objects, and yes, cancerous cells. Limpoma's can be cancerous. So with out a biopsy no one can tell you what your Fatty Mass is made up of. YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT. 7 tests later your still asking? I would be more worried about your problematic symptoms and stop taking ER doctors words. Get to a specialist now and find out whats in your fatty mass cause early detection and prevention will save your life. Luckily it will be nothing more than a sebaceous cyst (glob of fat that didn't form or store properly) IF its a hernia you need it fixed asap before you guts come farther out into your abdominal wall. TIME for serious doctoring here.

Sounds like you've only gone to the ER. Make an appointment, NOW, with an internist or your primary care physician if you have one. This can be quite serious. The ER is there only for emergencies. They do not do follow up. They determined the condition you described. Now it's time for ongoing help with a doctor outside the ER.

Get a good doctor and stick with that one so they can follow up on all the tests you have had or may need. It could be colon issues, that affects back and abdomen. It could be many things. Your CT scan and ultrasound didn't show anything but you need a good thorough physical and tests done. It could be the hernia and fatty mass are the first thing to mention to the new doctor and start there. You are not pregnant.

It sounds like something is going on, and that something is not a pregnancy. "Fatty mass" can refer to a number of things, so I don't even want to speculate on that, but a hernia can be associated with some of the symptoms you're describing.

Really, I'd advise you to stop worrying about whether you're pregnant -- you're not -- and sit down in your doctor's office and get answers to all your questions about what IS going on. Some doctors will rush you out of their offices, so be respectful yet assertive. You have every right to say, "Wait, I have some more questions."

There are lot's of reasons to not feel good and pregnancy is only one of them.
(Actually - I felt pretty great when pregnant.)
Since that has been ruled out, you need to make an appointment with an internist and have a full physical.
Blood work can tell you if you have anything going on with your thyroid (racing heart beat is a sign of hyperthyroidism).
There could be a hormone imbalance.
Hernia might be acting up.
Ask the doctor what fatty mass means - it could just be fat or a cyst or something else.
Digestive problems can cause a bloated stomach.
Acid reflux, ulcer, etc can cause a burning stomach.
It could be anything or a combination of things but they only way you are going to find out what's going on with you is to see a doctor.

I second the colonoscopy. My MIL had similar issues and her colonoscopy revealed some serious issues. Not trying to scare you, but go, go, go and get testing done. It will ease your racing heart, whatever the outcome. Better safe than sorry. :(

I don't know about the fatty mass, but I do think you need a colonoscopy. Leave no stone unturned here. You need a real diagnosis and things to be specifically ruled out.

So sorry!
