This will sound rude but consider it tough love. How scared can you really be if you've used it for two days and just NOW think maybe you should find out if it's safe? Then to top it off, your brilliant plan to do this is to ask a random online forum?

CALL YOUR DOCTOR.

i have zero patience with people who are 'so scared' but too stupid to call their doctor.
if you really think it's going to affect your milk and your baby and are shaking in your boots, why the eff start it in the first place?
BEFORE you start is the right time to research.
gah!

Ya know, I am with Second here, usually if I have concerns with things I find answers to those concerns first.

Would like to add, if I were to throw caution to the wind and then grew concerned, I would call my child's doctor, not post on a web so you don't seem very scared to me either.

For the life of me I will never understand women who turn to random strangers on the Internet for obviously specific medical questions. Call your doctor! Ask a pharmacist!

You don't go on the internet for something like this. You talk to the child's doctor or to the pharmacist. I wouldn't go by the company's website either - not everything has been tested. But you also don't use something for 2 days and then decide you're "so scared" - so can you explain what has happened or what you have heard that has you in such a panic that you decided to talk to strangers on the internet instead of calling your own medical people? You don't know if any of us have one bit of expertise in this area so why would you listen to us? Be safe.

Stop using them until you talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

according to their site its safe for a pregnant momma to use and since its a topical product it is safe for brestfeeding as well. but make sure you wash it all off your nipple area and anywhere baby may have their face touching you... this may make babies skin more sensitive.
