My husband and I took a hypnobirthing class that we really liked and got a bunch of cd's for us to listen to and practice with. We were wondering if anyone out there knew of any commercially available cds/dvd/tapes that might be good to supplement our practicing for the big day (December 22nd).

I've seen some of the CDs for sale on E-bay and on the website (I think it's www.hypnobirthing.com or something like that). Good luck!
oohh...hypnobirthing is AWESOME. I used it, very successfully, with my second child. I'm not sure of any commmercially available items that are out there, I would just practice what you have. Spend time daily doing what you were taught and you should do great! Good luck!! I'm sure your birth will be beautiful!
