I am very blunt with my daughters who are 5 and 12. I tell them the positivity of drinking plenty of water. They are not allowed to drink juice unless it is made with real fruit through our juicer. I try to eat right and stay away from candy and other foods that are not good for them. I make sure they take there vitamins as well. Unfortunately what you put into your body doesn't smell good at all when it comes out. I tell my girls about tight clothing, using powder and oils that will not clog up their pores. Mainly staying away from things that have petroleum in it and I also make them use Dove sensitive soaps and wash using their hands and not a wash cloth. If they take care of themselves (my girls) then chances are they won't have bad vaginal odors or bad underarm odors. In regards to their hair, they wash it every two weeks and also use items in their hair that doesn't clog up their pores. My daughters developed a great habit cleaning themselves without me having to breathe down their necks. My little one is really good as well. She is very anal about her smell and will ask me to help her any way possible. I would like to research your skin care line. Maybe that is something else we can put in our cabinets. They also know that brushing their teeth and flossing is ideal. I tell them how important it is for them brush twice a day and how the dentist with cleanings can be your friend. check out dr. sunyatta's website. She is really good. You can google her.
