I am far from grill master, so would you bake it instead?

What can I do next?

You can wrap each piece in seperately in parchment paper, place it on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes.

If you want to grill the fish, you can wrap the fish in foil and grill it on a low setting until the fish is done.. 15 minutes at the least. You never want to overcook fish or it will be chewy.

I would bake it in a covered pan at 350 for no more than 25 minutes.
If you do grill it, get one of those fish baskets for the grill to keep it together and prevent it from falling through the grate.

Sounds yummy!

I would bake it. I think it will stick to the grill and fall apart or burn.

Tilapia.

It is a very commonly used fish, here in Hawaii. Farmed Tilapia.
Even restaurants serve it.

The way we do it here is:
(Oh is yours already stuffed? Stuffed with what?)
Well, you should bake it.
On a grill, it will fall apart, unless you have a fish grill basket to bake it in.
It this a whole fish or a fillet?
Just put it in the oven, on foil, and bake until done.
Fish does not take long to cook.
350 degrees oven.

The way we do it here is:
with fillets, we use a Shoyu (soy sauce), grated ginger, sesame oil, marinade. And with thinly sliced green onions in it too. It can then be put in a Pyrex dish, with the sauce poured over it, and baked until done. Or, it can be done in a skillet on the stove, cooked all together with the sauce poured over it.
