I just looked it up in the book our ped. gave us. 0-2 months 2-5 oz per feeding 26 oz per day. 2-4 month 4-6 oz per feeding 30 per day. 4-6 months 5-7 per feeding 31 oz per day. thats all the book has. hope that was helpful!

According to a brochure from Similac that I received between 28-40 ounces a day. This is on par with the baby books I have, also. The baby should take about 7-8 ounces of fluid 4-5 times a day. This was listed for the 4-7 month period. 7-9 months this will decrease as their regular food intake increases. It lists 24-35 ounces per day as the average for 3-4 month old babies.

Hope this helps.

About 30-34 ounces in a 24 hour period but, this is a range. Feeding is one of those things which can really vary from child to child, lifestyle to lifestyle.

the nurse at my pediatrician's office said that they can eat 1/2 their weight in oz. every 3-4 hours. but certainly, if your baby is still hungry offer more. they will pull away when they are full.

The typical recommended amount is 24 to 30 ounces per 24 hour period.
My daughter ate 40 ounces per day until she was 1 and switched over to 24 ounces of milk per day.
Feed your baby what your baby will eat. They are self regulating creatures. :)

They say their stomach is the size of their fist so I owuld count on no more than four ounces. Your baby should tell you when its done as long as you burp frequently. Don't be alarmed if they only eat 2 ounces at one feeding.
