I'd try white vinegar.
I would re wet the stain, and then scrub vigorously with a tooth brush. I might put a mix of stain remover on the brush.
If that did not work, i would replace that item of clothing, and pitch the old one.
best
Cheap dish soap has dye in it, there is a very good chance you dyed the garment when you used it. Try to call the manufacturer. There is a very good reason environmentalists use Dawn and not Equate when they are dealing with oil spills.
I've been using a Borax to get stains out. It's super cheap and very effective. It removes odors too. I make a paste by adding a little water (it comes in a powder form), then I rub it on the stain and actually scrape it with my nail. I've gotten out old stains that were even set in by the dryer.
Oxiclean might help.
You get what you pay for. Go cheap get cheap
Sometimes you get what you pay for. That said. Most of the Great Value items I have tried have been excellent products. I can't imagine this having a lot of dye in it but call the company number on the product. Ask them what to do.
I have had this happen even with clothing detergent.
Sometimes I haven't been able to get it out. But I have used stain remover - the gel kind that you rub directly on to the stain - left it, and then washed and had some success.
Thanks for the vinegar suggestion moms - going to try that one next time
I've had this happen with generic Costco laundry detergent and was never able to get it out.
