Hello Ladies,
I am in need of ideas! How do I find out about fair booths and funraisers, such as a team needing money for uniforms or a class needing free books for their room etc.?
Are these needs posted on a website or in a paper somewhere?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Call call, call. Call the local schools, churches, daycares, etc. Form a networking group with other direct sales moms like premier jewelry etc and trade information. Read the events section of the papers, look on the internet, check bulletin boards, ask people. Put old catalogs with your contact information in waiting rooms etc.

If you are looking to donate items, you can list them in the free section on craigslist.com. There are also many non-profit thrift stores that you can donate things to. I usually donate books to the local library.
