Long story short, I invented a product for C-sectioned Moms and now need to get the measurements of my "typical" customer. They say to do this in a size 6 or 8, I of course opted for 8. I would just need a few measurements (that they can do themselves), and I would be compensating these women with free products .
My question is this: where do I find these women? I tried Craigslist and only got a few responses. Are there any groups specific to this demographic that I can join or approach (I have had 2 c-sections myself). I need this done asap...where the heck can I go?

ADDED: Yes, I am well aware that the average woman is a 12..unfortunately, in the garment industry, they flat out refuse to make samples sizes in anything bigger than an 8. Patently unfair!
You just need measurements of size 8 women? Could you just measure non-c-sectioned size 8 moms and provide that info for the measurements? You might even know a few size 8's yourself.
Did you know the average size of the US woman is a 12? Talk to OBs to see if you can post it in their office or leave flyers.

Size 8 before, during or after pregnancy? LOL! I was size 8 before and also for pregnancy clothing (or a size Medium). Of course, now (5 weeks after the c-section), I am not sure what size, but certainly can't fit into my regular size 8 clothes yet. Still in maternity or workout pants. :( Anyway, let me know if you would like any measurements. Or, I can wait until I am back in the size 8 clothes, if that ever happens - I am working on it!
