No - and don't believe any of the folk tales about this! Ultrasound (not perfectly reliable), genetic testing or full visual in the delivery room!
I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant almost 10. I am so impatient & want to know so bad what the sex is lol :) Is there any way to tell symptom wise or anything? I already have two boys and with my first I was sick constantly second one I wasn't sick at all this one I'm not actually "getting sick" but feel sick. I am also showing, it's very clear that I'm pregnant lol but also this is my 3rd baby so that could be why. Anything you could tell? :)

If there was a way to tell at home, people wouldn't have ultrasounds.
You will find out like the rest of us...delivery day..or from an ultrasound around 20 weeks. All the wives tale tricks are just that ...wives tales.
I will promise you this...you have a %50 chance it is a boy..same for a girl!!
Congratulations!
Good luck and best wishes at a healthy bouncing baby______!!!
I have four kids and every wives tail has been disproved through their existence. Sorry but the only ways to tell for sure are genetic testing(amnio) or birth.
Sorry I think you are just gonna have to wait on this one. Look on the bright side though, wit the Christmas season upon us you will have so much to focus on that before you know it you will be able to book that exciting ultrasound to take a sneak peek at the goods your little one is packing. When I was pregnant with my daughter I knew 110% that it was a girl - call it intuition but I just knew - I am now 28 weeks along with number two and while I definitely didnt have a strong feeling as what I was having I thought that it was a boy and I was WRONG. Im due with another sweet little baby girl in Feb.
Congrats and Good Luck
Try this one: http://www.chinesefortunecalendar.com/PredictSex.htm
and this one: : http://www.babygendertool.com/baby-gender-test.aspx
If both say the same gender, maybe that's a good indicator?
Both websites said my son would be a boy and he was.
Congratulations!! Have you ever heard of the baking soda test? http://community.babycenter.com/post/a26396415/baking_sod...
Also check out the Chinese gender calendar.
Have fun!! :)
As a M. to 4 soon I always had that maternal instinct of what I was carrying & was right..My first I was sick for 7 months to calm things down Mountian Dew an ice cold glass of that & things were better (I never drink MD)I hated meat,,my second I craved sweet things still disliked meat & threw up every nectarine I ate (she hates nectarines)I only puked twice I hated bananas they were like eating rubber bands everything I drank tasted spoiled never gained any weight with any of my pregnancies now on my 4th I only puked a few times brushing my tongue same with all the others had tha same symptoms with 2 & 3 with 3 I had yeast infection month after month same with this pregnancy but they have calmed down now,now i'm told it is a Girl the sono tech told me & my CNM seen the picture & said it is all girl. Also my babies heart rates my son was under 140 girls were in the 150's.So we shall see in April if it is truly a girl. And with this one it is my 4th but not really poped out so having multiple pregnancies isn't going to tell you anything they are all different. My son I carried high into my lungs my girls low in my pelvis I swear they could break right though my vagina at any given time as they were hopping & dancing on it
I have 4 girls and had different symptoms with each. Unfortunately as far as i know you can only tell by u/s and after 16.5 weeks. Congrats and I hope you get the sex you desire!!
No. There are plenty of myths, none of them are fact. You have to wait like everyone else.
I knw that some of these 3D or 4D ultrasound places can tell at 14 weeks. I know this because someone had a wife that was recently pregnant and they finally got a girl after 3 boys and they went and had one of these 3D or 4D ultrasounds. They run about $70-$120 I think, call around you area to these places and see what they say. Insurance will not cover one of these ultrasounds but they create neat keepsakes becuse not places will generate a DVD of the ultrasound for a fee. A regular 2D ultrasound is more like 18-20 weeks.
the only 100% ways are to wait, or to get an amnio :)
Nope-- you could ask about an ultrasound sooner than 20 weeks. My sister was so impatient that they let her do one at 16 weeks.
