If the nail polish is still in the bottle - just grab the little bottle that fell into the tub and set it back on the counter.

My experience with most nail polish is that it can be peeled off if you can get underneath the specks of polish. Your question doesn't give much info, like, how much polish is spilled? Is it splatter or a big pool of it?
You might just take some comet cleanser or some soft scrub cleanser with a rough sponge and see if it will scrape off. I usually can get polish off just by scraping it.

I think you need to talk to a bathtub refinish er to get some expert advice.
If it's an epoxy, acetone or nail polish remover might damage it.
You can try dabbing at it carefully with acetone on a Q-tip.
Good luck!

You can't use any solvent on it - will destroy the finish. Call manufacturer or Google it.

I have often heard that LIKE removes LIKE. So, it is a big gamble, but maybe try to paint the spill with the same and wipe it up immediately.
