Hi ladies,
I'm new to the area and I'm renting a condo in north Miami Beach. We have a few plumbing issues I'd like to get priced out and fixed in the next month or so (running toilets, possibly one leaking). Have any of you found a plumber you like and trust who will do work on the beach? Let me know.

Thanks for all the suggestions ladies. I contacted my landlord and he had the property manager come over to look at the problems. We were able to resolve many of them so I haven't needed to call any of the plumbers you recommended but I will keep them on hand in case I do! Thanks again!

I'am sure M...person you rented from is responsible for this..Call them or condo assoc or condo maintence.They certainly don't want this leak to proceed to condo under yours..MOST LIKely they have Total appliance repair...if not then tell them you will pay for this and then you will subract it from your next months rent..
First of all DON'T USE EMPIRE PLUMBING!!!!
Two brothers own it and they were horrible to work with. We had a major job and had to deal with the owners. One of them seemed like he was coked out everytime I saw him and I think they did a lot of unnecessary work. We ended up having to get another company out because Empire did not fix the leak (AND they charged us like $1,500, they said they had to install a new main line to the building and dug up our yard and patio-we had to complain for them to come back and put the patio back together).
We used Stolpman Plumbing to come and figure out why we had a leak, and it was not where Empire worked. Here is their number ###-###-####. If you need someone English, make sure ask to get someone who speaks English.
