I have severe IBS and would like to try a homopathic doctor rather than taking the drugs perscribed by my Gastroenterologist. any referrals for the Dallas/allen TX area.

I agree with Mum4ever. A D.O. will look at your symptoms in addition other factors. They may agree with your Gastro guy, but they may have additional alternatives/resources that are legitimate but not rushing right to drugs. But sometimes you have to do the drug thing, so don't write that off completely.

I went to a gastro and also have had severe IBS he said to try to cut out high fructose corn syrup. I quit drinking sodas and paying attention to what I was eating and buying and it cleared up. I would only have an episode every once in a while when I had something that had hfcs and didn't know it.

The best doctor who cured me of death by cdiff is. Lindsey Argabright in Frisco . I am not suffering from ibs any more and no death by cdiff. With allergies she is amazing

Look up a D.O. School in your area. That's a Doctor of Osteopathy. I think that's what you mean.
