Has anyone used the Homework crew before? They never showed up for their appointment to clean my home. When I tried to contact the company I was sent to voicemail, and I have never been contacted. I emailed them too, but I've received no response. I looked up the reviews on yelp, and they are all terrible. I am going to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back--VERY frustrating! Has anyone else had this problem?
sounds like you got scammed. Certainly call your credit card company and they should be able to stop the charge since it is clearly fraud.
I'd get personal references and recommendations from friends the next time if I were you.

If you did one of the internet discount promotions, you should be able to get a refund through them. Living Social in particular is very good about giving your money back if the company turns out to be flakey. Good luck!
I did not purchase the promotion they had because when I called to ask a few questions, the girl on the other end of the phone said she could not answer any questions. ( I thought that was a little strange.) Instead, she asked for my information ( I refused to give more than my name and phone number) and said someone would call me back. I NEVER heard from anyone from the company. And, when I tried to follow up, I got sent straight to a voicemail system too. I can only imagine your frustration!!
