Have you tried - Giggle Beans on Lapeer Road or Kiddie Klub on Crooks just south of M59 - both are indoor and are great for my 2 5-yr olds.
Does anyone know anywhere I can take my kids for indoor fun. We need to run out some energy and my google searches have come up with nothing. I'm not interested in the mall or Mc Donalds play area. Maybe a local indoor playground? We are bouncin' off the walls here!
WOW! What a great site! Yesterday was the first day I signed up and am amazed at all the responses! We did go to the inflatable planet today! We jumped until we could jump no more! They are now resting QUIETLY!!! with a movie and I'm so greatful! Thank you for everyones suggestions! We will definetly try them all as this winter seems unbelievably long this year!

Kiddie Klub in Rochester - M59 and Crooks - it's on Crooks
E.,
Go to Inflatable Planet. It is right across from the MJR on m-59. Clean, fun, and your kids will be exhausted. I know they have preschool times during the week and family fun nights on Fridays. www.extremefun.us. Or, have you ever thought to take them bowling? Check out some local places. They do family times and for the little ones they will put up the bumpers and even a ramp that they can roll the bowling ball down so it actually hits the pins. Good Luck!

If you want something a little different, you can either send your kids to Stars and Stripes Gymnastics for a day camp, three day camp or even class. I have a two year old and she LOVES it. It is a lot of forward rolls, jumping on the trampoline, lifts on bars (with help of course), climbing up walls, and so much more. At the end of the year, they have a recital (3 and under parents are in it with them to help...very fun).
I don't know much about the day camps because my daughter is too young, you have to be three. Though I am told by other in the class, that their kids love them. I guess they get to bounce in bounce houses, do arts and crafts, along with the normal gymnastics. Anyway, it might be something worth looking into: www.starsandstripeskids.com
Great Lakes Crossing has a nice play area in their food court for little one's. There's also Jeepers there but that costs a bit.

Try Kiddie Klub. www.kiddieklub.com
Hi E....try a Jungle Java the only location I know is in Farmington Hills..12 mile and Middlebelt...Also there is a place called Zoobalee in Ypsilanti..Both are inexpensive and nice for the kids...Oh one more. There is a childrens gym at 12 mile and Orchard Lake thats also inexpensive and they have a nice play area.
Kiddie Klub is nice.. they have coupons in a bunch of the coupon books and local free papers and I think Metro Parent this month..
Giggle Beans in Lake Orion is a blast! The kids can play and you can use the internet and/or read or watch TV.
2 places that we have gone this winter are Rainbow Recreation http://www.kidsgottaplay.com/ and Pump it Up http://www.pumpitupparty.com/. Both expell a lot of energy!!
Great lakes crossing has an indoor play area by the food court that is well maintained for young ones. Also there is a bounce - air jumpers up on M59 and Williams lk behind the Genisys credit union. Look on the web. How about rollerskating at the Rolladium on M-59.
Good luck

If you don't mind driving a bit, Castaway Cafe in Howell is WONDERFUL. Right by the outlet mall. Huge indoor play area (4 stories of climbing) and not very expensive.
There is a fantastic new indoor playground in Holly. It is $6, but well worth it, I have a 2 year old and she will litterally play until she has no more energy. It only takes her about 2 hours at the playground. It is in the strip mall nest to Holly foods on the corner of Grange Hall and North Holly Road. It is well worth the money, they also have a play area that is specifically for children 4 and under.
Have you tried Rainbow playscape showroom? It's on Grand River, 5 miles west of Novi Road. There is a fee, but it's reasonable and you can even get a family pass. Also try the Milford or Lakeland HS pools. Look up Huron Valley Pools. Good luck!
