My dogs recently had puppies. Now I am caring for a 3 yr old, my dogs a cat and a litter of 5 brand new puppies!! The dogs mated against all of our better judgement. Male got smart and jumped the gate!
I am trying so hard to find them all good homes and am having no luck. I can't keep all the puppies. I WISH I could. Any suggestions?

Hi, what area are you from? if your near edison, i know u can bring them to the shelter (next the the police station) and they take care of them and find homes for them...they DON'T put any animals to sleep unless they're dangerous (which new puppies obviously aren't). or you can go to animals and things, and they can find homes for them. you can also sign up for freecycle.com it's through yahoo. you can also get rid of other things you don't want there...but most important, you get to CHOOSE who you want to give the puppies to when you get replies that someone wants them. i do have a friend that is looking to get a puppy, but she's looking for one that's not going to grow up big (they're in an apartment and they need one small...i guess that's the rules of the apartment). so i guess let me know what kind of breed they are, and maybe i can help getting at least 1 into a definite good home.
