I use it and I love it. Now, I don't get the same results that they show on tv, but then again I'm not 25 ☺ I went back and forth with this product trying to figure out if I liked it or not...there is a learning curve. I don't use it like they say suggest, it would be much too expensive. Making sure I get underneath my hair and put the shampoo on my scalp (not putting it on top of my hair) I use a pea size and wash the crown of my head, then I take a full 'pump' and wash the temple areas and back, then another pump for the nape of my scalp and up then rinse. Then I use 1-2 pumps to wash my hair, leave in then rinse it all out. Like I said, there's a learning curve and that seemed ridiculous to me at first, but it's much better for my hair than regular shampoo. My hair has gotten dryer as I age and shampoo was terrible on it, so after using Wen, then not, then using it again I can say that I really like it.

I purchased the Wen products a few months ago and I'm not happy with them. I feel like my hair is not clean after I wash it. It stays oily and I have oily hair to begin with. It's not bouncy and full...it feels gummy and flat. I'll stick with Pantene...:)

I thought about trying it too. Then I read the info more closely, and it recommends you use ALOT each time- therefore it's very expensive... .check that out too.

They sell it on HSN, you can check their feedback as well, and if you don't like it, you can return it with no problems. I haven't tried it yet, but will in the future.

I use it and do like it.
Like others have stated, I do not follow Wen's directions, I use less than they say to. I don't have the results seen on TV with the 20 something models and the professional stylists but my hair is clean and healthier than using regular shampoos. I color my hair regularly and I work with exotic animals including primates so I wash my hair allot. It does take time though, roughly 5+ minutes so no more quick showers.
