Have you been to Pirate's Cove? It might be better for your children as they are pretty young. Water World is huge and might be a little much for your kids. They do allow you to bring coolers/food and you'll need towels. Good luck!
I am taking my kids tomorrow to the water world. They are 2 and 1/2 and 18 months old. I have never been there and the information on the web site do not give you that much. I wanted to know what do you recommand for me to take. How is the food there? Can I take some food for the boys with me as they are very picky about eating out? Do I need towels? Is teher really somthing for small kids there? Any information will be very helpful. Thanks
I went to water world and the kids just loved it! They have two areas for the small kids and they really had fun. We took a wagon with us, so we didn't ahve to use a locker. We had all our staff there and the kids were riding it in between in the places. It was really fun!! Thanks for all your advice.

I have a 6 and 2 year old and we love water world. Right when you go in to the left is a fun kiddie area where we spend a lot of are time and down further there is another kiddie area. I would reccomend bringing a cooler of food ( the food at water world can get expencive). You will need towels and the little swimmer diapers. Have fun.
I agree with Gracie O. Pirates Cove is similar to WaterWorld, just on a much more manageable scale. I have 3 kids: 9yrs, 6yrs and 4yrs and I won't take them to WaterWorld because it's too overwhelming, but Pirates Cove is just right. In any case, have fun, but don't let your kids out of your sight.
At that age I wouldn't recommend taking them to Water World. It is very crowded and people tend not to pay attention to what they are doing or who is around them.

Waterworld is great for the small kids. There are two areas one up top and one at the bottom of that hill. I would bring a cooler as food is expensive there, do bring towels and maybe an umbrella that can hook on the back of the chair. But get there when they open or you wil never get a chair, unless you bring your own.
