YES!!! I used the Medela one and one called Simple Wishes, but they are all probably equally as good. Totally worth every penny. After you buy one you will wonder how or why anyone would ever pump without one.

OMG, they are SUPER AMAZING! For reals, so worth it! I bought mine at a maternity store here in town, but I think you can order them on line. I don't even know the brand, but it was your basic model, I think it cost around $30.

I exclusively pumped so this was a serious must purchase for me, but even if you just pump a little bit it's nice to have. When I was just pumping and not feeding I could read a book, talk on the phone, be on the computer...the possibilities are endless! ;) I even had a friend who pumped while she drove with hers on! Love it!

Do it, it's worth it.

I cut two small holes in a tight fitting sports bra. It worked great and was very cheap!!!

I just used my regular nursing bra. I opened the flaps, arranged the breast shields on me, then closed the flaps over it.

My SIL used skinny hair rubber bands to attach hers to the hooks on the bra and on the breast shields, then pulled her shirt over it to keep it all in place. She even did this while driving (I NEVER did that, but to each their own....)

I never realized there was a bra made for this. I just improvised. I guess it is just another case of me missing my opportunity to make my millions!!! LOL

I got a $10 Pumpin' Pal from the lactation center. Worked fine.

I TOTALLY recommend that you get one! I purchased one, but in hindsight, would have just cut slits in an old sports bra. I had an hour commute to work, so would always hook up, and pump during each commute, especially in the morning, when the supply is so good. Even just watching TV, or so you can read a book, it is nice to have free hands.

This is the one I used: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00295MQLU/ref=oh_detail...

GREAT for pumping at home, trying to do a million things at once. Held the bottle well, I was impressed! However, not very flattering under a shirt, so not that great for pumping at work or something (if that's what you wanted).

Good luck.

YES! They are totally worth the investment. You can work/type/surf the internet/look after babies while pumping. Due to extreme feeding problems, I exclusively pumped for my first baby and I don't know what I would have done without one.

I have two bras. The Made By Moms one works fine and is good if you need to massage/compress while pumping because it covers less surface of the breasts themselves, but it's scratchy as heck and I don't like wearing it. The Simple Wishes one is my favorite, as it's nice and soft and zips open in the front (instead of scratchy, loud velcro). It's more of a bustier shape, so harder access to massage and it took me a while to get it adjusted properly at first, but still better, in my opinion.

All of them make you look like RoboBoobs, but what are you gonna do. Ah, the things we moms put ourselves through....

ETA: I should note that I never actually wore these as bras. I wore a nursing bra and just unsnapped it and put the nursing bra on when I needed to pump.
