I found sites not up to date since prices change on nearly a daily basis.
I went to all the grocery stores in my town and wrote down the prices for each item on my regular lists. I found that overall Walmart was cheaper by so much that there was no reason to shop anywhere else.
The only time I buy anything from another store is when they have a remarkable sale on meat, such as food pyramid having pork roasts for a little over a dollar per pound.
I don't bother with those kinds of websites, because they never have what we really buy anyway since most of the stuff we buy is fresh produce. We wind up at every store any way, because one store will have one item and the other stores don't. We get our white rice at Walmart, because it's the only store that sells Botan rice. We get our baby bok choy at Weis, because it's the only store that sells BABY bok choy. We get our meats and certain fruit from Shoprite, because the meats are good and the fruit is cheap. Certain vegies and fruit we get from Weis, like corn, because the quality is better. Best part is that it keeps people employed.
Really no need--every store price matches around here.
