Hi P.,
I think the store you are referring to is actually located at 43rd Ave and Bell Road. It is a discount grocery store. That is the only discount grocer that I know of. Hope this helps.

There is a store at 6740 W Indian School called Grocery Outlet. If it is the one with a rainbow on the sign, be careful. Check your expiration dates. I got my address out of the phone book. The other responses indicate that they are no long there.
Always check your expiration dates at any of place that has overstocks.
You can find a large selection at the 99 cent stores (the ones with the pink banner on the top). I find very few expired dates here. And they have a small selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as a selection of frozen or cold foods. Some of the brands will seem unfamiliar because they are regional brands from other parts of the country or they organic foods that traditional sell to the health food industry. (Muir Glen has good soup).

there is a store call grocery outlet on 43rd bell rd thats cheap and sounds like it. also find a store call fresh & easy they have deals as well great mark downs
Maybe there is a Fresh and Easy there. I'm not sure but they are a really cheap grocery store...be sure to get their coupons for additional savings. Go to FreshandEasy.com and contact them for their coupons because you save $5 for every $20 you spend on top of their already low prices. Other than Walmart, that is the only cheap store I can think of. Their website also tells their locations.
I don't live in that part of town, but if you are looking for a grocery store with good deals (fruit/veggies/meats), then I recommend Sprouts. They have good quality foods that are cheaper than other stores. If you shop their ads, you can get great deals. I try to go on Wednesdays because it is double ad day where you get to use 2 weeks ads at a time. Use this link to find locations.

You can copy and paste it into your browser if you can't click on the link. I do know that there is one on 56th and Bell.
No cheap store on the corner of 67th and Bell. The one you looking for is Grocery Outlet on the NW corner of 43rd ave and Bell.
I've been there. I've spent a hundred dollars and save like 60 or more.
The only grocery that is at that intersection is Fry's. Which I'm to understand that they bought out Smitty's a while back.
