Good Cream or Facial for Wrinkles?

I have been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for the past 4 years, and look like I've aged 10 years in the process! I know that once I start really having the time for sleep and me-time again, things will ease up. But for now, I'm totally bumming on all my new (though well-earned :) wrinkles. I'm 32 and have slightly dry skin (def. not oily)...would love to try a new anti-wrinkle face cream with spf, or maybe even get a facial.. Can you recommend a product or procedure that really worked on your wrinkles? Thanks!

Avon has great products for a variation of age brackets and skin types. I halso use Shisedo which is a great product and have used their products for over 28 years.

H. - I am in exactly the same position (except I am 34!)! What I have recently discovered is by Avon - I was actually reading in one ...one of my magazines - it might have been Women's Health - they had a spread on the top rated - most effective facial products depending on your issue - the Avon Anew facial system - top rated for effectiveness against crow's feet, and premature aging. I have been using the system for about 8 weeks - and I do notice an improvement! What's interesting is that these products are rated against all brands (drug store, department store, Paris, France) and all prices... Ping me if you're interested and I'll get you the name/contacts of my Avon lady.
Hope this helps!

Hello, I used to be a Make-up artist, but now i am a SAHM and I totally know how you feel!

Get a Chem peel from the dermatologist and a really good moisturizer! Get samples if you must, but use moisturizer day & night exp. if you're dry!!!!!!
I like Oil of Olays regenerist line if your looker for a less expensive brand.
EYE CREAM, EYE CREAM, EYE CREAM!!!! USE IT!!!!
Also- LIp Balm is necessary! Keeping your lips moisturized will delay lip wrinkles.
You can also try a Glycolic Face Wash from Sephora- mine worked good, but I have combo skin.
I hope one of my suggestions works for you!
Take Care & get some shut eye soon! (If Possible)

Mary Kay's Timewise line hands down! I get compliments all the time on my skin. We just won the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval too. They're introducing brand new foundations just this week that I'm super excited about. The color cosmetics are all mineral products that are in heavy competition with Bare Minerals but are MUCH more affordable. Contact your local consultant for a complimentary facial. There's a 100% satisfaction guarantee too.

I was using the Arbonne anti-aging skin care line. It was fantastic but it is on the pricey side. As soon as I can start using it again I'm in! I've used Mary Kay, Pevonia and Murad in the past and Arbonne was the best. My pores looked better than they ever had and my skin didn't look dry. And always, use sublock.

Also, good skin starts from within so you need to eat well, lots of hydration, take your multi-vitamin.

Cold cream at night. I like Ponds but I get tired of the scent. There are a few unscented cold creams out there.
Sunscreen during the day.
Try to keep well hydrated. Drinking enough water is important for your skin.
I find what works well for maintaining healthy hair and nails also works well for healthy skin. I take Biotin and a horsetail supplement and a tablespoon of black strap molasses every day.

Hi there. I am turning 50 next month and have two kids. I have found that the Anew line of skincare from AVON has worked for me. The real trick to making anti-aging creams work is to be consistent with their use morning and night. And remember to exfoliate your skin once or twice a week. Let me know if you would like to learn more about the AVON line of skincare.

I am 49 and pass for 30's. My 16 yr old hates it but when she is 40 she will appreciate it.

I have used Clinique since I was about 11 faithfully. At this point, I use the repairwear series of cremes. I love this product. You have money back gurarantee... if you don't like it... just take it back.

My 16 yr old has used it since she was 11 as well. She uses the Acne line to prevent breakouts.

We are both very faithful with our skin care routines at night and morning. Drink LOTS of water, and use sunscreen.

I love the Paula's Choice line of skin care. You buy it online and they have sample sizes so you can try things. They will take back ANYTHING you don't like and give you full refund. If you sign up for their emails, they will let you know when things go on sale or when there is free shipping.

I have slightly dry and sensitive skin and none of their things have ever caused irritation for me. Paula researches lots of ingredients companies put into their products and lets us know which things work and what things don't. Many products cost a fortune and have no real value to your skin! She started her own line of safe and effective products.
Here are a couple of sections from her website. After you read them, just click "home" and search for whatever you might want to try. (The new RESIST anti-aging serums are great!) There is also a "learn" tab at the top of the page where you can find more articles.

Wrinkles: What Works and What Doesn't
http://www.cosmeticscop.com/wrinkles-what-works-and-what-...

http://www.cosmeticscop.com/five-things-your-anti-wrinkle...

Check out the site and see if you like it. It has been so much easier for me than going out to departments stores and trying to figure out the truth from the bull! :)

Also, our skin tells us what is REALLY happening INSIDE our bodies so make sure you are taking a really good vitamin/mineral supplement so your skin has the nutrients it needs to repair itself. Being a mom is so wonderful but takes a lot out of you. Everyone tells you to get more sleep but it seems impossible to me!

Good luck!

Hi there,

I just found the fabulous beauty consultant on Olay.com. Granted, it will recommend Olay products, but actually, they are the highest rated drugstore products- they've really upped their game!

Go to Vitamin World and get Vitamin E oil (the kind that says safe to take internally). After cleansing your face with any sensitive skin cleanser ( I use clean & clear), rinse and apply the oil to your damp skin and rub it in. Works like a charm!
