Hi Mama's!!!
So I know the best way to get rid of them is to pull them before they get a chance to grow but unfortunately I didn't get to them fast enough. My back yard is now covered with them and I can't seem to get rid of them. I have already pulled the plants but the little things are still around the yard. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of these things so I can let my kiddos play out there without incident?

When I saw your title I thought someone's pasture fence had broken down and your yard was invaded by goats. I looked it up and found out about a weed I'd never heard about before. You learn something new every day!

When I read this, all I could think of was some wierd take on the godfather movie with the horse head LOL!
For us, goathead stickers are just a way of life - we all know we're going to get them in our shoes or in our hands if we fall down, and our son knows how to pluck them out or ask us for help. Getting rid of them is going to be a long, long process, as our yard is infested with them. It's just going to take time. Good luck with your yard!! :)
