Does she have an e-reader? I think you can get the basic Nook color or the basic Kindle for under $100.
My daughter gave me a Christmas this year and then gave the same list to her boyfriend. He bought her pretty much everything on the list, so now I don't have a clue what to give her. :( She is an artsy, fartsy, girly type girl who likes computer games, etc. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I do have a necklace for her, but that's it so far.
I'm looking to spend $100 or less.

What about checking out Michaels? Everytime I walk in there I see a million things I want to buy!!Art class through your recreation center? Does she have a wii yet? Those are pretty fun and you could probably get one used at game stop or on CL. Good Luck!!
What about a cute outfit and pair of boots? Pink by Victoria Secret is popular with the teens. (Especially the yoga pants they have)
T. K. I have 2 teenage girls :)
How about something from Etsy?? They have things I'm sure an artsy/girly girl would like....
an art class? trip to the theater? then make up the difference with a gift card.
If she doesn't have a digital camera Kodak & Nikon usually have one under $100 and a computer scrapbook program. That way she can make a scrapbook for her time in high school
My daughter turns 17 on 12/27. She has no list. She needed a computer for school and her laptop was 4 yrs old so we got her a computer because she needed it then... not in 4 months. Same with a new bed. She told us, well I got what I needed already and there is nothing I really want.
I have no idea what her bf is getting her but I picked up the following. Granted, I stlil have to decide what is birthday and what is Christmas but she should be covered.
LOVES Victorias Secret soft pj's, PINK body mist
scarf and gloves from Target (nice set that was already 40% off)
stash of her Clinique makeup
Sephora nail polishes
Swiss Army knife to keep in her car for emergency
goodies from The Body Shop (love their stuff)
super soft socks from Bath and Body (love these)
Godiva chocolates (her favorite)
Big gift card to her favorite mall
Money
She is a fashionista and loves to shop. She'll be set up for shopping which she loves.
T. M must have a teenage girl!
I would go with a hoodie and perfume from Victorias Secret Pink and a gift card to the craft store.
"The bean represent the origin of all things" Plus its from Tiffany's :)

Small diamond earrings, an expensive cologne, art class, perhaps a class to learn a new art skill like sculpting, pottery, or even sewing/quilting? My girly girl, now 28, and her 6 yr old daughter are getting gift cards to their favorite sylist.
Would her boyfriend like to give classes to husbands on making your
'girl' feel special? *sigh*
My 16 year old gave me a very small list this year with the main item (concert tickets) being something that we had decided we were not going to get her. So I've had to use my imagination and base it upon the things I know she likes.
What do you mean by artsy? Enjoys painting, writing, music, theather?
Painting - supplies, a trip to a museum
Writing - a jounal
Music - itunes card
Theater - tickets to a performance, a dvd
Does she like to do her nails? nail polish and manicure supplies
What does she wear? My daughter loves hoodies - she's getting one
What does she need? My daughter goes thru earbuds, those will be in her stocking.
How about maybe buy her a "class" of some kind: dance, art, computer animation...Often community education offers them for under $100.
What about something from Vera Bradley? They have lots of girly cute stuff! This is a really popular thing around my area.
Get her a bead jewerly making set at Michaels or any other craft store. They have a wide selection of different colors. I loved doing that when I was that age ( I still do for my sons teachers. Especially christmas jewelry!) Also, if she loves to draw or paint, get a sketch book with a set of charcoal pencils, or paint set, and a few canvas boards.
I also loved to write at that age, so a nice journal would work too. You can definetly get all of this for under $100. Add some scarves and a hat and you should be all set!
