Is he into auto racing at all? Even if not, a gift certificate for a Richard Petty Driving Experience might be fun. I gave my husband one for his birthday a couple years ago, and he had a blast. They have a few different options, from riding along with a driver in a real NASCAR car, or if you want to pay more, the recipient can drive himself. They offer them at racetracks all around the country.
