My daughter will be receiving her black belt in a couple months. I would like to get her instructors a thank you gift, but not sure what. Any suggestions??

What can I do next?

Something for the Dojo.
And a handwritten note, of thanks/appreciation.

I am sure, there are other Sensei's there? Or is it only 1 instructor????

My Daughter takes Karate, and they have 5 Sensei's.

How old is your daughter???

What is the school like? The school our kids go to has a grandmaster that oversees everything, but is not physically present at the school (has the headquarters school in another town), a Master (8th or 9th Dan-who actually owns and operates several schools, including the one our kids go to) and occasionally teaches classes, and the regular "every day" Master instructor, who is the main presence/instructor at that school, with other instructors who also teach classes, or assist in classes.

So, which instructor type are you looking to gift? At our kids' school, there are several instructors that they interact with on a regular basis. Some are younger some are older. The older ones very much appreciate things like hand written letters thanking them for teaching them, inspiring them, etc. The younger ones, also like that, but seem to be very appreciative of things like Starbuck's gift cards enclosed in a card that says thank you. LOL

Did your daughter do additional steps (Tasks in Tang Soo Do) to earn additional accolades? Our son did the 6 Tasks to earn his samurai sword, and one of those tasks is requires the assistance of an instructor to document the student doing 1,000 repetitions of a combination kick. So that was a Starbucks gift card worthy thing for the instructor that helped him the most with that. Another of the tasks involves writing letters to 10 people who have helped or influenced them in their lives, and thanking them for what they did.
Depending on the integrity of the school/instructor, I think the HIGHEST "thank you" you could give them, would be for your child to want to continue in their martial arts and mentor younger students along the way.
:)

I would give a gift certificate to a local massage envy, since they are using their muscles constantly! Oh, wait you said it' s plural, so I'm not sure how many that is. A great gift would be a journal, saying how you've seen her mature as a person and athlete. You might even find appropriate quotes too. I'd give it with a tall, unscented candle, saying what a light they've been in your lives. a great quote is "you are greater than you know"
