Just wanting to get the 'average' naptime for a 21 month old, so I figured polling and getting multiple feedback answers would be the best way!! All input is appreciated! I'm a SAH/WFH mom, and want to know what time most toddlers my son's age are napping! So, working moms, SAH moms, any moms - even dads - please reply!!
-I wanted to add that my oldest son goes to school 915-330 (CMS schools), so our schedule for in the car begins at 830am (we live appx 25 min from school), this means our afternoon leave time from the house is no later then 2:45 - I'm getting this poll to see what other moms/dads are doing. Some days he'll start nap at 1030-11am others he seems restless then. Thanks again!

Mine napped from 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the day.
My daughter is not real consistent with her naps, but normally she'll sleep a good 2 hours, sometimes up to 3. I try to put her down around 11:30 if possible. Although she does have days where she'll refuse to sleep at all or only get 30 min-an hour in.
My son, who is 22 months old, naps between 1 1/2 to 3 hours each day. He starts his nap between 1 pm and 2 pm, generally. What I've read is that they need about 14 hours of sleep a day at this age. My son is sleeping about 11 hours at night, 10 pm to 9 am, then the rest in one afternoon nap.
My 22 month old daughter sleeps around 2 hours during the day after lunchtime, usually starting around 1:00 pm. She sleeps 10-11 hours at night. Hope this helps.
my 21 month old daughter sleeps 12-13 hours a night so her naps are usualy 1-1 1/2 hours longs.
my 22month old son sleeps about 14 hrs at night a nap from 30 min to 2 hr depending on how tired he is
Hi Sarah. I have a 20 month old daughter. She gets her 1 nap from about 12:30am - 3pm or 3:30pm everyday. And just she sleeps at night from 8:30pm - 8:00am. SHe doesn't go to daycare she stay home with my husband.
I think it depends on what time he gets up in the morning...
if he gets up early then the earlier nap time would be fine because he'll probably go to sleep earlier in the evening, if not, i would try nap time around 11:30 and let him sleep around 1 to 1 1/2 hours ...
