Okay ladies I am helping my girls squad with the fundraising and we are currently going to be outside of Sam's Club seeking donations. My girls are also selling candy bars. The next idea for the squad is to sell yogurtini peelable sticker cards for $5 bucks and they have a various savings from B1G1, 50% OFF, and etc 20 stickers total. I need to decide by tomorrow if I want to participate in this idea. Would people really buy these yogurtini savings cards? Thanks for the advice in advance!

What can I do next?

I am not familiar with Yogurtini, but I usually don't buy those cards unless it is someplace I go to quite often. What about setting up a car wash or a pancake breakfast to raise funds instead of asking for donations outside a retail store?

No, I would not buy the discount cards.

How about approach Sonic or some place like that and get a percentage of sales plus 100% tips for a designated time period?

I answered a cheer fundraiser not too long ago and it was pretty lengthy. You can check my history. I've been fundraising for the High School Squad for 4 yrs and depending on what we've done, we bring in upwards of $75,000 for our team of 24 girls.

Do make sure you are set up properly with 501c3, have tax documents, etc and a professional handle the money and tax issues.

My daughter is in a dance troupe and most places like what you are talking about will only let us sell them if it's for non-profit...we sell to make a profit. But around here, we have Bruster's, and those cards sell really well.

What about a bake sale, car wash, etc? We also do a halloween party, Christmas show, and other fundraisers like Joe Corbi's (HUGE hit), Thirty-One bags, Pampered Chef, Flowers, Candles, etc. It gets really hard to sell so many things throughout the year, but Joe Corbi's is always easy. Last year my daughter was the top seller with over $900 in sales! I'm hoping to do that again this fall :).
