Formula Does Not Flow Well Through Playtex Ventaire Nipples

Unfortunatley they do not make a medium flow nipple, just the slow flow and fast flow and at 4 or 5 months the fast flow was still too fast, however I am about to try it again because she is 6 months now. I have found they work the best for my daughter, I tried a few other brands and did not like them. I don't think it's the formula not flowing through the bottles I just think like previous poster said- he's not drinking as quick.
If it doesn't work out then I'd try a different one so that you both can be comfortable during feedings.

If you're giving it to him cold, he's probably drinking it slower, it's not the nipple. It's easier for it to go down warm, not cold. I always warm my babies bottles. My son just turned one and I still warm his formula a little bit.

dont remember what they are but they are white rings that have slow med and hi on them and come with the nipples, i used to get them for my other 2 but they are made with air hole to regulate the flow they had them at walmart but not sure if they still do could look at specialized baby stores also but could try those if you want to and can find them, they fit the smaller neck bottles

This is probably against some rule but worked well....we used a fork, stuck in in the hole on the Playtex Ventaire slow nipples to widen it just a bit. It became a "medium" flow after this brief modification. I loved the Ventaire bottles and used them with all three of my sons!
