i been having this movement feeling on the left upper side of stomach..feels like a baby moving..what could it be? its not gas and not pregnant..

muscle twitches from over active digestion. Lots of lactose intolerant or people with sensitive bowel get these often. I get them lower above the pubic bone.
Sounds like gall bladder.
You are not alone, I have it too. Crazy isn't it. I see some of your answers. I do not have my gall bladder. At least I know now. Good question. :)
