Depending on where you live... Beechmont Racquet Club is nice. They offer all the cardio plus they have Tumbling Classes for 18months and older. Maybe that's something you'd be interested in?

Better Bodies in Fort Mitchell is a GREAT gym. It has great equipment, staff and it also has a massage therapist, tanning, daycare, etc.

Shape xpress in Beckett Ridge and Liberty Twp. they have reasonable prices, massage, sauna, tanning, cardio, ect. and it is an all womans gym. I would say to at least check them out.
